You cannot rely on the information in the GC Key. That background check status will never change until all the process is completed.
GCMS is the only and main source of information you need.

Some people are being asked to renew their medical, others aren't, don't know why it's happening that way. You will just have to wait and see if it changes.
It really shouldnt take long. Usually after DM, PPR email sent the same day or the day after. They are REALLY slow. Sigh
My file was transferred to Mississauga and I am indian applicant...I am still confused from your reply.
