Received Study Permit approval but waiting for kids and SOWP approvals

Hi! I got my study permit approval in Nov 30, 2020 and my husband's Spousal Open Work Permit is still being processed. We don't have any kids .

Hi... I got study permit approval on Dec 20, 2020. Applied for Spouse SOWP & Child study permit on Jan 17, 2021. Currently waiting.

I heard that a spouse on OWP cannot travel with you as their travel is non essential. Have you heard anything about that?

@Ma2252 - I am not an expert but saw in some other thread that if you are travelling together along with primary applicant and get a letter from IRCC then they are allowed.

@Sam123Smr Thank you for your help. I asked for a letter but haven’t got a reply. My flight is scheduled for Feb 25. It’s stressful as I am not sure what to do. Thanks for your help though.

Dont worry.. i have seen in the other thread people getting the letter after 7-10 days
