Oh, this is for Canada MPs. Is it legal to approach them being outsiders? Will they communicate with IRCC?

I would just give a try especially those mps used questioned IRCC for delay PR in front of media.. at least they can sent letter or email IRCC ask why...

If yours is with Ottawa office then address is CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca but don’t be surprised if you hear ‘Please note that your application is not processed at this office.’ even though u know it’s with them

Has anyone expedited the passport return or is there a way to do it ?

I think we just expect them to work as usual to deliver passport within 1-2 weeks not hoping for expedite...

I sent an email yesterday to the address provided on my PPR letter asking about approx. processing timeline after passport delivery and got the response below today:

"The office that processes the passports and visas is currently working with limited staff. Delays are to be expected. We cannot comment on a timeline."

Has anyone used UPS for passport return. ? I’m also waiting for my passport forever now. I sent my passport on November 4th and they sent me a query to send new photographs and I sent those on December 21st. After that no response. Tried their web form, replied to their email but no luck. It’s technically more than three months now since I sent my passport. What’s worrying me is that I’m not even getting any response for the webforms that I’m requesting. Does anyone facing similar problems ?

same here, Nov 16 still waiting, raised 3 webforms, they reply after a month and by that time they themselve lose context. Called them several times, the agent have no informaiton what so ever so no use there either.

I couriered my passport (fedEx) to Ottawa which was delivered on 8th. Now will the office (CPC) send any receipt/email confirmation?
I have no update on my profile or email, how do you know they are received successfully/processing?

They wont notify you. You can try emailing CPCO at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I recommend waiting to email them until fedex confirms that your passport has been delivered.

But PPR email had IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and I see CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca other places as well, whats the difference.
