The reference letters should be good enough ans no need for HR letters right?
Not sure if both letters have different contents in your understanding but I use them interchangeably. Employment/ HR reference letter.

I don’t have a letter from HR, but I have a letter from my supervisor with all the details. That’s what I meant. To my understanding, it should be enough.

Oh right, yep. IRCC said signature of immediate supervisor is also okay.

Dear friends,

I am begging to you to help me finding a solution to resolve my tricky situation as shown below:
  • In fact I hold a bachelor degree in business management since 2009 and I was hired since 2015 as a manager in a consultant company (I still hold this position in February 2021),
  • In order to increase my CRS score, I decided to accomplish a master degree in the same field from a distance learning university during the period of 2016-2017 (2 years), so basically I was working and studying at the same time,
  • In 2020, BCIT have officially recognized my newest Master degree but in the ECA report they did not mentioned that my university was a distance learning university
So my question is:
-->Do IRCC recognize work experience done during distance learning education period or not?
-->Can I consider the years (2016-2017) as a work experience years or not?
Dear colleagues and friends,

I wonder if you can advising about this situation and which other forums I can get further information,
Thank you in advance for your time and your precious help,

Good luck for you all!!!
Best regards
Zummyta

If it’s foreign work experience, yes. If Canadian work experience while studying, then no.

Hey thanks for getting back so quickly as I was going through the link you attached which was quite insightful but I read on the CIC site that you need to mention all the position you have held in the company.date of joining and stuff like that. As I was wondering if I can put like Initially started as a part-time from ___ to _____ and currently working as full time since _____. Just to make sure it covers all the details. Can I also mention I started at the wage of $____ and currently at $_____. earning approximately______ per annum. Kindly let me know if this way works. cheers

As long as all the required details by IRCC are in there, the salary per designation is clear, whether full time or part time hours per week so the officer reviewing your file will find it easier to review your application.

Suggest:
I held two designations with the same employer:
1. Analyst 2. Senior analyst
but my R&R remained the same, is it ok if I mention both the destinations and their tenure then mention R&R, all in the same letter or do I need separate letters for both designations? however, as I mentioned my R&R were the same for both designations.
