Hello, it has been almost 8 weeks and I am still waiting on my passport from Ankara. A lawyer suggested that i do an ATIP request. Does anyone know if this could cause even further delay?

It will not cause any delay in processing of your file - go ahead and do it. (It's nice of your lawyer to suggest you do it yourself - it will cost you $5, it would cost you much more to have lawyer do it)

When does your COPR expire?

My wife's was expiring in Feb 2021. Now they have extended it to Jan 2022. Im pretty sure they are doing meds extension for your husband too
