Proof of funds

Hello all, I am in a dilemma. I am creating an express entry because I just got 1 year Canadian experience and I might qualify through CEC program. My contract with the employer is for 2 years so 1 year is remaining. I don't have the required funds to show my bank account now (different reasons but mainly credit card debts while I was a student). My annual income is far more than the Funds required in the table. I also can not say I have a valid job offer because of its specific definition doesn't apply to me. Using the "Came to Canada" tool I get 460 CRS points. Now my question is what should I put in "How much money do you bring to Canada" when creating the express entry?
1) Should I input the current balance in my bank accounts (minus the credit debts) which is lower than the table amount?
2) Or my annual income (minus the credit debt)?
3) Or just the table amount to say I can be able to take care of myself because I have an ongoing employment?

Any other options or recommendation is also welcomed. And thank you in advance.

If you’re applying CEC, you don’t need to show POF. Just mark it as 0.

Ok thanks I am going to put zero and see what happens
So under "What I am eligible for?" it says only CEC met. The other three programs not met. It is actually a relieve for me now because it it put me in the pool even if I don't have sufficient fund.

I have seen from other threads that it will anyways asks me proof of funds and if Invited to Apply for CEC I just have to attach letter of explanation that "I am invited to CEC program so I don't have to show proof of fund" type of letter? I believe....

Since you have Canadian work experience, the system will automatically place you under CEC. If you put funds and foreign work experience, the system will also consider you under FSW on top of CEC. But it doesn’t matter since once IRCC does it’s draws, you’ll be invited under CEC (you’ll see it in your ITA). https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1294&top=29

As for PoF, if you put 0, there won’t be a placeholder for any PoF document (I didn’t get one in my application). Some CEC applicants do receive that. So yes, just upload a document saying that you’re invited under CEC. You can read the note at the end: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1145&top=29

You DON'T need any funds for CEC applications.

If you meet the criteria and something else, you would only be invited under CEC anyway. So all the worrying has been pointless
