I am confused with the tie-breaking rule concept. For example- A created a profile on May 12, 2020 and has a CRS point 100. B created a profile on January 12, 2021 and has a a CRS point 400. A and B qualify for CEC. Based on todays draw, who will be invited? Both? Or preference will be given...

Yup that's the first time the CEC only draw started and it hasn't happened since then except this round

It is just frustrating but something good or bad is cooking.

We are just be unlucky that the draw/annunciation got delayed.....but good things comes with patience...so lets just wait folks

I think they postponed the Feb 4/5 round to get more candidates create profile on Express Entry.... so the next draw is may be on the next round (Feb 18/19) but still difficult to guess the program
