Etobicoke office right?

I sent my photos to the Etobicoke office about two weeks ago and when I used the web form to confirm if they have received them. The agent directed me to send photos to this address:

New permanent residents (if you are waiting for your initial card):
Case Processing Centre - PRC
PO Box 4500
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

Anyone else has a similar experience?

was this address on your instructions for pr card? I know that this is where the cards are sent from. that's the address on the letter with my card.. or you could just call and ask that what i did..

No, the address in the letter was the address for the Etobicoke office. I called them today but couldn't be connected to anyone. I guess I have to call at 8 am sharp. Thank you for the feedback.

Wow I had Etobicoke address too, and no AOR yet since I sent my application in Nov 2020. I'll call IRCC tomorrow to see if I have to send it again or something. This is so frustrating

I just called them. They said the agent said the Etobicoke office is fine. She just couldn't verify the receipt cause I sent them through regular mail.

Hi Everyone, anyone here who has received his/her PR card within new portal from Calgary office? My eCOPR got issued on 10th Jan and I have not received my PR card yet. Is it normal?

Update: They sent me another email asking for new photos. And this time they want the photos to be sent to the PR card office in Nova Scotia and the Etobicoke office.

I am a November 2019 applicant, I got an AIP on December 25th, 2020. Please kindly share your experience, what does this mean? Is it a good sign? Do you think Dm or COPR is close to be sent out?

I sent the first photo a month ago. They emailed in after two weeks and a half about sending a new one.

You mailed the photos to Etobicoke office and they replied via email to send new photos to Nova Scotia office?

I mailed the photo to the Etobicoke office. Then sent an email on the web form to ask if they have received my photo. They replied saying they need new photos and I should mail them directly to the office in NS.
