I researched the matter and no one got a clue. I'll wait till my mother receives the card then I'll call them or even go to Etobicoke.

Permanent Residence
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 21, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 15, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on February 14, 2019.
  4. We sent you correspondence on March 26, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  5. We sent you medical instructions on June 27, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  6. We sent you correspondence on June 28, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  7. Medical results have been received.
  8. You entered Canada at the Calgary IRCC office on January 9, 2021 and became a Permanent Resident.
  9. DM was received 2 weeks before the eCOPR

Yes you should be mailing them to IRCC Etobicoke but wait for their instructions first you will receive it very soon, may I ask when the status changed to DM ?

Got a DM on Jan 12th and was told that Ottawa office will be in touch with me to finalize my application but no COPR yet. Does anyone know how long this could take?
