Express Entry crs score 389

Hi,

I have an express entry profile with CRS score as 389.

I have 1+ experience as a Software Developer and ielts score as S-8, R-6, L-6.5, W-6.5 and a sibling in canada. But still I did not get Invitation in Alberta. Can anyone help me out why?
