I have CRS Score of 357 , my IELTS result are L=8 R=6.5 W=6.5 S=6 . I have 6+ yrs of experience in Information Technology field . What are my chances getting PR VISA?

You're missing out on precious CRS points with these language results.
Try to score better on IELTS, but unfortunately even that won't get you very far. You'll have to see if you're eligible to any of the Provincial Nominations programs.
