Is an OINP nomination, which noc are you? i don't see any update in the OINP draws.
Correct, you need to create an account on the OINP website and submit an application and wait for a nomination while you wait in the pool. Below page has all the information you need:

I was hoping it was a tech draw, but it seems that is not. Following the tendencies of last year, we should expect a tech draw next month.

Hi, do you know if the supporting documents needs be submitted along with the application for this? Or do we get some time to do it?
It takes between two and three months AFTER you send all your paperwork and pay the fees ($1500).
If FSW rounds were consistent I would suggest to wait, but I don't really know what to say. I really hope they do an All programs draw tomorrow.
You need to submit all supporting documents with the application just like EE, you will have 45 days from the date of NOI to submit the application.

Since you have 45 days to submit, you can wait till the last day to submit. Applications are taking around 30-60 days to move to assessment after submission these days during which if you get the ITA, you can withdraw your OINP application and get full refund.
470 does not guarantee ITA since we don't know when all program draws will resume and how high the cut off will be. If I were in your position, I would submit the application to OINP ASAP.
if you can afford it, please go for the OINP. I doubt 470 will get you an ITA anytime soon even when general draws resume.
With no end of the pandemic in sight, no one could tell when the next all program draw will happen. Congrats on the OINP invitation!
