Yes, you'll need to demonstrate proof of ties to your home country. If your parents have a super visa and you have a sibling in Canada, that makes your ties to Canada quite strong. This can make it more difficult to get a study permit approved. Make sure you pick a logical program of study - it should be at a higher level than what you have completed so far (e.g. if you have a bachelor, take a masters in Canada).

Thanks for your response. I have done 2 masters. Should I go for a masters in science or phd ?
Do i need to show our house as my property under the Pakistani government records?

A PhD would make the most sense. If you go the Master's route, you need to make sure it's from a top university in Canada, that you have work experience that is directly related to this field and that you are able to write an extremely strong SOP to explain why you need to take a third Master's. That is probably going to seem very strange to IRCC.

Yes, it would be ideal if you had property in your name.

My father has a house under his name. Do i need to take a 100 % transfer of ownership of that house from my father under my name ?
Can I show the property in joint owner ship with my sister and mother or I need to show the 100% ownership under my name to make a strong tie proof. ?
Plz reply soon.
