Alberta is only processing inland (those who work in the province) for specific NOCs. There was an EE draw last week and the CRS score was 406 but only those who live and work in the province. There is a NOC list on the website that lists the exemptionS.

Does that include the extra CRS points for siblings? And that includes your wife’s ECA and language tests.

Any news if alberta did any more draws for January 2021? Or anyone knows what nocs were invited?

I still need to retake my IELTS as it was taken few yrs ago

Depends if they select NOCs in careers that require a provincial licensing. Attached is their exemptions list.

I called the ainp office (Edmonton office) today morning and asked them if they did another draw. The officer told me that ainp did the second draw yesterday on January 28th 2021. Did any one of you received NOI letter. Please , share the info.

7511 – Transport truck drivers
1241 – Administrative assistants
0621 – Retail and wholesale trade managers
0631 – Restaurant and food service managers
4214 – Early childhood educators and assistants
1311 – Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
1221 – Administrative officers

Does it mean that they will not select the above NOCs from the express entry pool? I am also inside Canada and having 1 year Canadian experience with NOC 1311 but did not get any NOI, I have created my EE profile last November 2020.
