typographical error. i meant 2nd January 2021. still no response from ircc till today.. i am worried..its over 20 days. should i send another webform as reminder?
I submitted a webform on Dec 28, 2020. i am yet to get a response. I will respond here if my query is answered. Please post your status as well.
I've already raised some webforms. The replies for these two have sent 1 month later. All the responses were generic. Recently, I've raised another one, and I've seen that 28 days was written as a standard time for response. I think that webforms are totally useless for knowing the status of our applications. Only, if you want to send some documents it would be helpful.
still waiting for a response from ircc for mine raised oon january 2nd 2021. Have you gotten any response to yours raised since 28th December 2020?

I send a webform 4 days ago for refund of biometric fees. They respond me today that they are working on it.
Did you upload the necessary documents for spouse when raising the webform? Now that they have responded, did they ask you to fill out some forms for spouse? Asking so I can know what to expect as I haven’t gotten any response . Thanks
yes I did get a list of forms and documents that need to be submitted.
- A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
- (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
- (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
- (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
- A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
- A copy of the family member's valid passport,
- Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
- A letter of explanation, and
- If applicable, the proof of payment.
