My brother is willing to travel to Canada on a study permit but he has been rejected for three reasons and they say if we fix them then they can reconsider the application here are the the reasons they gave him.
1: sponsor status
2: Family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
3: Purpose of your visit.
It will be an honour if someone helped me with this situation.

- Where will he establish himself after completing his studies? Home country/foreign country - he will have to resign from his foreign job to join the program. How to prove to the officer he will go back after completing his studies?

Are you sure because in another thread you said 100,000$ is a strong tie to convince the officer ? Yet the applicant got refused.

Which thread are you talking about? I don't recall having said that. This is about the PA and all his family members residing in a country other than his country of citizenship

Got to show more ties in totality. I have immediate family in Canada and got approved lately and I showed assets a tad over half a million Canadian dollars on my name, travel history,employment history etc. and chose another province other than the family lives (to boost chances).

@prachi167 : the VO mainly had issues with your plan of studies, not financial background. Reading backwards: "The applicant's plan of studies seems to be vague and poorly documented. The applicant doesn't seem to be sufficiently well established that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense." I read it as you're spending a lot for something which is vague and not useful.

I'd suggest rewrite the SOP and reapply. Some third parties also can do an appeal, but am not sure how that works as there is no formal process.

The applicant who got refused showed 100,000$ CAD as an immovable home tie asset on their name, GCMS shows "level of establishment" which clearly means VO is not satisfied with the totality.
