Hello, can someone please let me know which way is the quickest way to immigrate in Canada. I and my family live outside our home country due to political difference and possible persecution but we haven't applied for anything and have been living in a different country for almost 20 years and now it's getting hard here due to new rules and tax imposed on foreigners and might get deported to our home country. My parents also never attended school so aren't eligible for most methods, my mother doesn't work and my father is a self-employed driver. So can anyone let me know is there any quick way we can move to Canada?

ohh and I forgot to say that my parents didn't attend school, my mother never worked and my father is self-employed driver, so it's difficult as my parents are eligible for some methods

Ok so not eligible for immigration. So there not any options. If you are of university or college age, you can study in Canada.

How can you apply as a refugee? To do that your family needs to all be approved for visitor visas and when you land you claim. To get visas, you must show funds and strong ties to your home country. You can’t travel right now because of Covid. To be accepted, you need proof of persecution in your home country (hospital and medical reports documenting abuse, police reports, emails/letter threatening your lives). Or you register with the UNHRC as refugees. Then they place you in the country of their choosing. The process takes years.
