I wanna ask in the spread sheet there is no update of owp for linking application after 7 january. So are u guys not updating it or they slowed down the process again?
I didn’t see people from June getting owp after 7 January. Also, there are some September people who got fees returned they mentioned in the spreadsheet. Please let us know what’s that for? Are they start process for September applicants?

June 1 applicant. I received my AOR on Monday 25th Jan. I'd not applied for OWP since my wife is already on a Work Permit. ECAS says In Progress.

I find it really interesting that IRCC has not issued any work permits since June 7th (at least for those on the forum). I wonder what is causing the delay. They seem to be doing everything else but granting people the right to work
