I’m going to do that. I have written two webforms. The answers are all the same just to wait. I’m going to try calling them. Hopefully that will help
The funniest thing is that applications are collecting dust on a shelf for months or years and then are processed in a month or even weeks. There is no logic and the system is really broken and unfair especially to inland applicants with or without inland or outland dependents.

Yeah please do that. I wrote a webform about 4 weeks ago and they haven't even replied to that...
I sent a inquiry via webform 3 weeks ago but no reply yet. I have sent another letter 2 days ago and waiting for their answer. I will keep you posted.

Hello everyone one , I called cic today regarding my gcms notes... and regarding the status of my file my dm is December 1 . I requested gcms on dec 10 and received on jan 14. On my gcms location of my file says- ready for PS which means ready for Paper scanning. Today when I asked her the location of my file she said your file is good ... currently it is in sydney office and instead of ready for PS ...now it says Ready for Visa. Anyone here please help me to understand what does Ready for visa mean?

You are currently in Canada? Why you are Outland if you are in Canada? So it’s means you are inland applicant
Yes, I'm in Canada but I applied for PR in my home country. Before that I got a job offer and then a Provincial Nomination via Skilled Worker Stream. So there were two processes, WP and PR and when WP was approved I came in Canada. Therefore I'm Outland. By the way, some my mates who are waiting PRs with the same conditions of the process as mine, haven't received their DMs yet.

There is a huge difference between express entry processing times and paper based. You can not compare the two. This Forum section is for paper based applications. You are creating unrealistic expectations for yourself and others.
I got my PR on January 6, as you can see was 250 invitations based on score 813.

Do not say BS, just think for a second and you will see a column named "Provincial Nominee Program". There is an expression that says, "Before open your mouth turn your brain on".
