Two weeks after my girlfriend flew to Canada we found out she is pregnant. She is a PR. I am from Serbia and we started gathering papers to apply for TRV so I could be with her during pregnancy and when she gives birth to our child. We haven't lived on the same adress. She is unemployed and living in Canada with her mother (employed; she's gonna write the financial support letter), brother and stepfather. How much money should I prepare for the trip? My family is well situated so the money wont be the issue. I've been working for two years but cant prove it. How big is a possibility that I can be rejected for TRV and what could be the reasons? What are the most important things that we have to prove and what to be aware of? We couldn't stand not to be together. She is in third month of pregnancy now and how things are going I am not gonna be able to be with her for at least 3 more months considering my TRV gets approved. If I dont be there when she gives birth to our baby would literally crush us, especially her and that can be very bad for the baby's health. Please, any advice is good.

Ideally I would show a bank balance of at least $10,000 to support your trip. Ideally this bank balance should be in your name. Try to find some way to prove you are employed. This is very important to demonstrate ties to your home country. Do you own any property in your name? If so, show this as well. It will also help if you have previously traveled to countries requiring visas such as the US and UK. To be approved for a TRV, you need to show that you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term and that you have strong ties to your home country. So what is most important is showing what ties you have to your home country - not ties to her. If you show very strong ties to your girlfriend and Canada, that generally increases the chances of refusal and makes IRCC concerned you have plans to remain in Canada long term. I would not recommend that she write a financial support letter - especially given she is unemployed. It would be much better if you show that you have enough funds to travel.
It's hard to say what your chances are of getting an approved TRV. I would say that if you have significant past travel to countries requiring visas, then your chances will be higher - also if you can provide employment and own property. Otherwise the chances will be low.
You will also need written approval (in addition to the TRV) in order to travel to Canada since there are travel restrictions due to COVID. Before you apply for anything, read through the information below in detail:

Problem is the time factor because she wont be able to come to Serbia and give birth here if our application gets rejected.
Legal advisors at visa centar who are helping us to arrange our papers told us that because no matter I cannot prpvide proof for my employment and that I dont have much things that tie me for my home country we have boh chance of succes just because she is pregnant.I'm now afraid they just gave us the reason to believe it so they could take our money. As I said money wont be the issues because I can have as much as I need for the teip but it can be suspicious because I cant prove I am rmployed. We also wanted her to give birth in Serbia and live here so I have to come back to prepare everything for their as soon as possible arrival.

You have been advised incorrectly. The fact the your gf is pregnant will make it more difficult to get a visa. I would not suggest you mention the pregnancy.
Unfortunately I think your chances of approval are quite low. The fact your girlfriend is pregnant unfortunately does not guarantee that a visa will be issued. It may in fact make IRCC more concerned that you have plans on remaining in Canada long term. What is most important in the application is to demonstrate ties to your home country to show that you are really just coming for a visit and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Is it really impossible for you to show any evidence of employment? This is really quite important. Even if payments were in cash, can you show regular deposits into a bank account that you own?
Try applying with whatever you have. Who knows, it's possible you may get lucky and be approved. However I do think there is quite a chance your application will be refused back on lack of ties to your home country. So you and your girlfriend should be prepared for this and plan accordingly. Most likely yes, TRV is the only option. When is she due to give birth?
Only other option that is readily available would be a study permit. To qualify for a study permit, you would need to first be accepted into a full time program at a university or college program in Canada and then apply for a study permit. You'll need a bank balance of at least $25,000 to demonstrate that you can pay for first year tuition + living expenses. Depending on when she is due, you may not have enough time to get admitted to a program and also get the study permit approved in time.
Your best option is probably for her to come Serbia if you want to be together for the birth.
That was the plan, and she had the returning ticket scheduled fo 31 of January 2021 but doctor advised us that it is risky for her and baby to travel such distance. Thats why we are not prepared for this situation.
Have you explained the whole situation to the doctor? If this is a normal pregnancy most doctors willnot have issues with pregnant women flying if they make sure to get up and walk around every hour to prevent blood clots. The risk of getting a serious case of covid for pregnant women is more serious so thatis one reason why travel or being out in public is not optimal for pregnant women. I would certainly discuss the whole situation with her OB or midwife again. There is probably no clear answer if it is a normal pregnancy. It is not ideal for pregnant women to be exposed to many people and risk getting covid but also not great for parents to not be present at the birth of their child,
