Hi,

Just wondering how come there's nowhere I can upload my medicals on the website nor have I been asked to do so.

I have received ITA and now completing my application.

1) When should I submit my medical and police certificate?
2) Where on the website can I submit LOE (letter of explanation)?

The whole application is just a bunch of drop-down boxes without a feature to upload any scanned documents.

Please, advise.

Hi,

once you complete the form.
when you select next, you will land on a page where you have to upload the docs.

You can upload documents after you have completed all the forms. The system creates the checklist of documents you need to upload based on the answers you provide in those forms.

Thank you, guys.

1) Will I have a chance to decline ITA after submitting the forms and before uploading the scanned documents?

First of all, I made a mistake in my original profile in the work experience history (the date is off). I would like to correct this before getting another ITA.
Second of all, I would like to see what documents exactly I need to upload for the future, so I can start preparing them beforehand.

I am just wondering if I can proceed to the next step (document upload) and then decline my ITA.. will it trigger something in the system that could affect my future applications?

I don't know if you can decline your ITA at this stage, but being able to decline doesn't really matter. If you don't submit your application by the end of the 60 or 90 day deadline then your ITA expires and you can submit a new profile.

The small dating error in your profile doesn't matter if you provide the correct dates in the post-ITA forms. Your score will be recalculated based on the corrected dates; if you have enough points with corrected dates you are fine - no need to resubmit a corrected profile.

Last but not least, don't exclusively depend on the document checklist to know which documents to upload. You need to read through the guidelines and understand which documents you need to provide. The checklist only gives you sections, e.g. if you claim points for foreign education you'll have one document upload section for that education, but you may need to provide multiple documents like your ECA, original transcript, and translation all in a single PDF under that same section.
