Exit permit applied for my baby in India

Hello, I applied for an exit permit for my 1 year old baby on the "https://indianfrro.gov.in/eservices" website since she was born in India but I am a Canadian born father. My wife in India with my baby has received her COPR, I just wanted to know how long it takes to get the exit permit? I read it only takes 3-5 business days, but that is the only thing that is left for them to have before they can fly to Canada from New Delhi. I tried contacting FRRO 2-3 times now and no response, today is the 3rd day since I've submitted the application online.

I think you have to talk to the Immigration authorities in India re the exit permit, that has nothing to do with the Canadian authorities and your immigration here.

https://indianfrro.gov.in/eservices are the Indian authorities, I was told by High Commission of Canada in New Delhi to apply for an "exit permit" on that site and that site has "Exit Permit" as one of the options to apply for as in my situation. I just need to know how long it takes before it is granted, it is something like a visa but I'm pretty sure it does not take more than 5 days I believe.

Quick question - Can anyone please let me know what do I need to write in the following for exit permit?
PLEASE UPLOAD 1) LATEST NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT FROM INDIAN GUARANTOR
2) REQUEST LETTER
Any help will be appreciated.
