New Born Baby outside Canada

HI To All,
Kindly help me for:

I got Canada PR in Aug 2012, and came back India after 1 month. After returning to India i am blessed with Baby Girl.

I planning to go back to Canada in next year.[/list]

So i wanna know that

1. can i apply for my new born baby sponsership from India? or i will have to stay in Canada to get baby PR?

2. In new born baby in India case, we need to apply her sponsership or PR ? or both?

3. Is there any helpline in India who can assist me for new baby sposership?

1. No - you can't sponsor your baby from India. You must submit the sponsorship application from Canada and you must continue living in Canada while the application is being processed.
2. You need to apply to sponsor your baby for PR.

Also, the answers haven't changed since the last time you asked these same questions in May. You got good information then and nothing has really changed.

The OP is not Canadian. Only PR thus the baby has to be sponsored for PR since was born in India.
