its long story it was refused first 2016 then appeal then approved on 2019 i cant wait to received the confirmation email

and they asked me to provide one picture
But I cannot see Specific address in the document to send the picture
The second thing According to your experiences what i have to change after i got COPR

Local office: London, when they sent DM letter they said London office will contact you , but COPR document issued from Niagra falls I don’t know why may Niagra officeThey have no more business , then they transferred the file there to process

so your refugee claim was denied in 2016 and then you appealed right? and then it got approved and then you applied for PR in 2019 right?

yes approved on 2019

then your time frame is fine then. after approval from a successful claim or appeal, Pr can take 2 years even before covid that was what I was always told by past claimants.
