I believe only refugee claimants qualify for this program and you also need to have at least 120 hours of work between March and August of last year. That's how I have understood the rules. Hopefully someone can confirm.Hi
I need help please, I have pending h&c,I started working as PSW this January 2021 and contract is for 12 months ,working 40 hours per week.
My question is ,can I apply in June 2021 for this program(pathway for healthcare workers) because I will have more than 750 hours?or this program is only those worked between March-August 2020.
Thanks
I failed both RPD and RAD ,that's why I applied H&C in November 2020,I believe only refugee claimants qualify for this program and you also need to have at least 120 hours of work between March and August of last year. That's how I have understood the rules. Hopefully someone can confirm.

Did you meet the 120 hours before maternity ?I get it now. Thanks
For now you may not qualify but just continue doing your psw work the policy may still change in your favor and again it will help your h&c application too make sure you add documents like psw job offer, psw I'd card and psw paystubs to your h&c fileI failed both RPD and RAD ,that's why I applied H&C in November 2020,
