No idea. We have been waiting since December 10th! Received AIP, SA and DM (ECAS).

Are January 2020 Inland folks updating their info on the spreadsheet? If yes, it looks like the IRCC has mostly halted issuing SA and AIP to January applicants. I currently see only one individual from your cohort who received SA and AIP in January 2021.
If that is the case, the IRCC is working in strange ways... I see them dishing out AIP and SA to February and March 2020 Inland applicants.

We received the email copy today and also, we have been asked to send the CoPR copy along with one Photograph to Etobicoke office for PR card.

I received the CoPr via email and was told to get a 50x70 picture taken and send that along with the CoPR to the Etobicoke office for processing of my PR card.
I updated my SIN online with my CopR. Waiting for my updated SIN to come in the mail.
I applied for OHIP with my Copr by visiting Service Ontario. Physical card should come in about 4-6 weeks.

No landing and signatures this time. When you click on DM on ECAS, It will indicate that you entered Canada at your local VO and became a Permanent Resident.
The Bar shows 100 percent complete. No updates since Dec 3rd when medicals was passed.
The same happened to me a couple of times this week. There was no real update tho.
