Thanks Haitham, I just sent email to them with my driver license in advance. If you did not add prove that you reside in Canada, they will contact you by email asking for the documents, (It happened with me). About the 5 dollar thing, it happened with my friend. When he ordered the privacy act, he found that some lines are missing from the GCMS notes. However, when he order then next time using the Access to information act and paid the 5 $, more information was mentioned regarding the security. Now it could be just a coincidence as there was about a month between the two GCMS notes, so they might just add more notes during that time ( I don't really know).
Congratulations!! all the best for the journey ahead!!COPR!! FINALLY GOT THE MUCH AWAITED EMAIL!
AOR: June 28, 2020

Special thanks to @legalfalcon for clearing doubts and answering questions so patiently! Good luck everyone!
I am AOR June 24 and according to the officer when I called in Jan, my security started December 23, one month after my eligibility passed conclusively. Even he said that "Somehow your file was not touched for a month and security started one month later after everything was passed."@legalfalcon please provide information regarding my PR application status under CEC .
AOR -June, my eligibility and criminality was passed an officer as per Gcm notes (generated on 28th of November 2020) but security hasn’t stated yet. I called in today and same response. It’s been 2 months since no update on my file.
why they r taking so much time to start security. More then 7 months of waiting for decisions. VO-Ottawa
Thank you in advance
Wait all can do. But it’s unfair. How files left and not being followedI am AOR June 24 and according to the officer when I called in Jan, my security started December 23, one month after my eligibility passed conclusively. Even he said that "Somehow your file was not touched for a month and security started one month later after everything was passed."
So don't worry it could happen to anyone as it happened to me as well. The worst part is that you need to be patient for at least another month after it started but eventually, it will come to end. Also, there were people who said that their security took only a few days to complete or maybe that is what the system shows.
Hey Navjot,
A question that is your eligibility conclusively passed? Because I saw your security is not-started.
@legalfalcon is there any chances that the security will remain not-started even the eligibility is conclusively passed? Any inputs are appreciated.
If your AoR is June you are well within the average processing time of 8-9 months. Also, the security starts after the eligibility is conclusively passed. How to find if your eligibility is conclusively passed, see #4,004@legalfalcon please provide information regarding my PR application status under CEC .

Missing information in Gcms Notes is quite normal and quite common, its called redaction and one can read more about it here https://bit.ly/2LeDe9lIf you did not add prove that you reside in Canada, they will contact you by email asking for the documents, (It happened with me). IRCC recently published the data and I crunched it:Dear @legalfalcon, Can you please share with us any information or statistics regarding 2020 immigration. Specifically, how many PR's issued in this year(2020)?
Did you ask for the privacy act or the other one?. Normally the free one has less information than the other. The one where you pay 5 dollars will have more information in it.
Hey Haitham, what is the "where you pay 5 dollars will have more information in it." Could you share? Thanks
@legalfalcon I ordered my GCMS note without adding any documents to prove my resident in Canada, will it valid order or do I have to order again and add some documents to prove my resident? Appreciate with any input.

Please look into outgoing section under correspondence, you could find if file has been transferred to the Local visa office. There will be an entry with action "application transferred"Further looking into it, this is possibly getting assigned to Etobicoke office.
I think, it depends. I received mine in 30 days without giving any proof of my identity or status in Canada. If you did not add prove that you reside in Canada, they will contact you by email asking for the documents, (It happened with me). Thank you so much for the information. really appreciate your efforts here.
