@A girl, my guess is since there was an error with your Forms, which gotten fixed in March 2020, so go by March application timelines, due to these delays.
its unfortunate your file got held up, but you are behind January 2020 apps by about 2 months.

thats so bad it's been more than year since the last time i saw him
he cant come to my country and i cant travel to thrid country
do u think by end of Feb 2021 we will hear something!!!

Yeah no problem, I hope you get it even sooner transfer! The problem is you see, Sydney can not transfer until LVO gives them OK to do it - right now LVO is SWAMPED.
So once people here start getting Pre Arrivals and go to final stage, YOURS application will transfer. That's how it works basically. Sydney cannot transfer without green light from LVO.

You must submit a request to IRCC. It takes roughly 4 weeks to receive after requesting. They will email a document listing every single thing about your file.

YES and NO they can still dig deep in to sponsor's background as well during interview or otherwise. AND yes rest process is only relationships it its real or fake. But they give VISAS to FAKERS who marry 1st times and interview ppl like us who re-marry after many years when a spouse leave us for 1 or the other reasons

12 month is an average time but some cases go well over 12 months

Has anyone applied for a visitor visa while waiting for spousal sponsorship and managed to get it approved? Do you mind sharing what was the reason you included in your invitation letter that convinced the visa officer to approve visitor visa? Thanks!
