4 month lockdown during job experience

Hi guys do you have any idea that if there was a 4 months lockdown during job experience and then again continue rest of the experience to complete one year. So how to put experience while creating express entry profile if during that lockdown period worked any other ‘C’ job.

You would say that you were unemployed for 4 months.

i was still employee of the company but company was closed due to lockdown as I started work again after the lockdown

Then you would need to say you were unemployed during this period since you weren't being paid.

If you are applying through CEC, then yes. For FSW, no.

Can you please explain what’s the difference btw cec and fsw

Work experience does not have to be continuous for CEC.

Work experience does need to be continuous (i.e. without breaks) for FSW. FSW will still work for you if you have a continuous year of work experienced in a skilled NOC that you gained outside of Canada.
