Do We get GU if we raise a webform?

Mar 25, with no updates. My spouse PR card got approved 4 days back and it was mailed as well. Not able to reach them and for emails we are receiving standard response.

I believe if the status is approved then , they have printed and mailed you .

Even I received it. Photo's reached on 25th March. No update since then, Not even a GU

March 25 No GU so far.

Since I am waiting for my PR card., I had a question related to driver license. Do we need to get any new driver license post COPR?

I have a question. I submitted the photos on march 25th. unfortunately i have to vacate the apartment i am staying by June end. Based on the timelines, I feel , I may not get the PR card before June end. Hence is there any option to change the address or mail forwarding.
