Icbc indian licence verification

Hi ,
I lost my original indian licence and had a copy of my licence , when i went to icbc for knowledge test , they said they need to verify it , where i already told them that its a copy as i lost the original one , and i also submitted licence abstract and NOC ,
Will there be any issues ?

Bro how did it go? I am also in the similar situation, they asked me to either get the original license or driving experience letter.

If you have an original license even its lost but must be verified with Indian license they will take 15to 20days to be verified
Better to go Burnaby icbc inside the metrotown

I went to Sooke , gave the knowledge test , passed and surrendered my licence. They booked me for a road test next monday(jan 18th). Got call from them yesterday (jan 12th) saying they are in the second verification process and found out my license was a copy ( duplicate) and need the original license or letter of experience. Now im going to get the letter of experience from India.

Hi ,.

I lost my original DL and applied for duplicate DL . Odisha RTO stopped issuing smart card DLs anymore from Jan 2022. They are issuing printable laminated DL's so I have submitted my laminated DL and ICBC sent my DL to ICBC special investigation unit to verify it. Will they approve it?

I have DL Extract and IDP but they refused to take it.
