We won our appeal in February 2020 and it will be a year next month - haven't heard anything since submitting the forms they asked for in March.
Is this the average waiting time after winning an appeal?? Our appeal is in March. I hope we don't have to wait for a whole year.

Thats almost 1 year, I didn't think it would take that long. Some new applications are processing within the same time period.

I think so because everyone has the same problem I guess, to wait for a year is way too much..

Before Covid hit the last person I saw on here (I think her name was Alicee) said that her appeal through Rabat took about a year as well. I think they put appeals at the bottom of the pile because we took them to court and got their decision overturned. It's not right, but that is what I think is happening.

I asked my MP to check for me last September and they said our application was being processed, but they couldn't give any timeframe of when it would be completed. They said due to Covid to only contact them with emergencies. I will ask my MP again, though if I don't hear from them by next month because it will have been a year and my husband's medical runs out in March.

Its crazy...someone told me it was going to take 6 months after appeal...then Covid hit. I noticed not too many are posting here.

So your case is still in CPC Mississauga or has been transferred to your local visa office?
Mine even didn’t get a medical request from them. So frustrating.
