Is there a tracker posted of won appeal cases. it would be helpful to see how long the process takes after appeal is won. I haven't seen many comments with timelines after won appeals.

It's depends sometimes it take 3 to 4 months sometimes it's take a month to get medical and criminal records request from the Visa office..

We won our appeal in February 2020 and it will be a year next month - haven't heard anything since submitting the forms they asked for in March.

Same here. Won appeal in November 2019, submitted forms and medical in December 2019. No updates since then. Where is your VO?

When I call IRCC, they say that my file is in queue for process :/

Is it faster when they send your file to the Visa office after you win your appeal or is it the same thing so so sad how they treat us..

probably same because they can still refuse you on another issue if they find something and also they don't really like you so they take their time.
