Currently as per the travel restrictions, no, unless you have a travel authorization.@legalfalcon , I need your advice please. Can an outland, valid COPR and PR visa holder, which were issued in Jan 2021, travel to Canada for their first landing? Knowing that they aren't coming from they the US, and they don't have any relatives in Canada?
However, some members on the forum have claimed that they successfully travelled, with a valid COPR that was issues post March 2020, but that is not what the travel restrictions state.
