If you for applying TRP that means you are out of status? the only way you can have implied status is if you are renewing your TRP.

Reconsideration is your asking to considering your H&c one more time or give me one more chance
Reapply is apply again or start from beginning

Hi ! i have a question and maybe you can help me, can we get implied status if we send TRP application ?, unfortunetly i got refusal of my extension and they sen me voluntary departure (without my signature and without my picture and its not the same thing like departure order...), so now i want to know if i will get implied status after sending TRP application or they can deport me afrer 30 days ?

No, sending a TRP will not give you implied status unfortunately. You will still be out of status. Your status will only change if the TRP is approved.

You may want to consult with a lawyer if your situation is complicated. Good luck.

Hi @scylla ! can you give me a source about this information from IRCC website please ? because I searched for several days but I found nothing, also i don't understand why call center told me yes i have implied status and also my lawyer, actually i wanted to verify this informations with others because lawyers are not all honest and call center they don't know well their job.....
so if i will not have implied status they can deport me ???
