Also almost got turned away from service Canada because they were saying that I can't use my COPR I need the card. Which was bs. I have always been told once I get my COPR I can go change my sin right after without the card. Anyway, I informed them of the new method and that I had to print it myself and then sign it as to why it doesn't look like the normal COPR they are used to and they accepted it. ( i think she thought it was fake she did ask where i got it from)
Hahah those service Canada people are amazing all they have to enter is your copr no and they will have all the details that you are PR now they don’t recognize IRCC official document

Hey Ryan , Correct me if I’m wrong but you did also get to know about your positive DM through the call center agents right ? I also got to know that I’ve passed eligibility on the 2nd of December according to the agent and 27th of November according to the GCSM notes lol. I never received any email regarding this.

Please can you help me with the call centre contact number?

which office was this and when did they get dm or know that a decision was made on the account? I've mostly only seen people say that they got a portal request from Etobicoke and a few from Calgary.

No updates until now. Called them this morning and i was told that the eligibility has not yet started!!! Medicals have expired in the system but don’t do them until you are asked to do... 19 months and haven’t received the eligibility letter yet not sure if that’s normal. Hoping for the best

I am a May applicant. I hit the 100% a week ago and yesterday I spoke to my MP office, they told me 24 months is the expected PR processing time and all they can do is enquire about my file
May I ask you what did the MP office say will do if your application exceeded the 24 months?

Can MP accelerate the process or they haven't authority ! What's the purpose from that if we are able to reach IRCC directly ?!
I highly doubt that they have the authority to accelerate the process. I believe all they’re able to do is enquire about the application and of course they will have more insight than us contacting IRCC. At least you will hear something other than “because of Covid blah blah blah” •_•
