I got the payment link today. I confirmed them that the payment is successfully done at around 3:45 PM. But I have not received the AWB no. yet. I have emailed them 2 times for this. What should I do? Has it happened with others too?

They might be doing it que wise.. you will receive it by tomorrow mostly
