You can reply back on the same email with the attachment. That's what I did.

Because when I sent a separate email, i got another ticket number (so basically I have two ticket numbers now). Then I noticed the mistake i made and went back to the first email and replied to it with my txt file and and ppr. Is that correct?
very pissed at vfs for not explaining the process properly!

any idea how many days it takes to receive a payment link and overall how many days it takes for passport stamping. I want to book my ticket accordingly
