Well like others said, some get ITA and accepted it though they did not have exactly 1 year at the time of the draw. Some got ppr in this case but I was also in your case and I didn't want to take a risk. Actually I got ITA end of august (1 full year would have been beginning of October). So there was like more than 1 month gap. I then got my ITA end of august but wait until october 10th to send all my documents though they were all ready for a long time.Thanks for your kind reply. Today, my day was full of stress due to this query which affects my health too.
I should wait for the official response. If it would be good, then thanks to god. If not, then there would be another way.

I guess, it will depend on the agent and like some said, you should have 1 year at the time of the draw because that one full year makes you eligible under CEC and gave you 40 points.
Now, it's best to get your GSCM because we can all speculate from our experience but then again the agent may reject or go on with...But please keep us updated. Good luck.
