Well like others said, some get ITA and accepted it though they did not have exactly 1 year at the time of the draw. Some got ppr in this case but I was also in your case and I didn't want to take a risk. Actually I got ITA end of august (1 full year would have been beginning of October). So there was like more than 1 month gap. I then got my ITA end of august but wait until october 10th to send all my documents though they were all ready for a long time.

I guess, it will depend on the agent and like some said, you should have 1 year at the time of the draw because that one full year makes you eligible under CEC and gave you 40 points.

Now, it's best to get your GSCM because we can all speculate from our experience but then again the agent may reject or go on with...But please keep us updated. Good luck.

Sorry, I don't see any logic here. If you had all your documents ready and were waiting for 1 full year to be completed in Canada, why did you do it post ITA and not just before ITA? Anyway you submitted your application only in October. What was the reason to get ITA before full year in Canada?

@legalfalcon I have applied under CEC. I do have 2 years of experience in India.
I received an ITA on 20 August 2020 but my 1 year should be completed in September 2020. So in short, I got ITA 19 days before my 1-year completion.

But my AOR is on 6th October 2020.
I am very worried if there is any problem with eligibility.
What should I do now? I need expert advice.

Current status: Medical passed, Biometrics done.

Dont worry buddy. My simple logic is that when you created the profile, you only entered the start month and year of your canadian experience. The IRCC portal automatically calculates the score and automatically buckets you in CEC. .So dont worry at all as you have only entered the right information. I'm also on the same boat. just relax.all will be good

I didn't choose to get my ita. I was already in the pool but didn't have enough points. Because ircc counted 1 full year experience (before I actually reach 1 year), I automatically received ITA. But I waited until I actually reached my one year contract.

Yes exactly.
- Ita received end of August automatically (due to ircc's own calculation)
- 1 full year experience reached October 4th
- up-front medical taken October 5th
- doc submitted October 10th
- aor October 10th

My EE UCI never changed since the first day and it is same as my PGWP.
I never gave them my biometrics before, so I have to wait until I received BIL first.
Also I asked IRCC agent from last call and he said he can see my medical result are sent to them but he said it have to reviewed then send pass status to me.(I don't know if he actually see my medical result but I trust him)

I think you could raise a webform asking about the status. ( to release your stress and don’t have to guess what is happening) . Good luck

Maybe you can check if Ottawa is your VO, it should i think for CEC?
