Passport request, when they give your documents to travel to Canada and confirmation of permanent residence. Last part of the process before departing to Canada (assuming you are abroad).

Wow. Thats great for March apps, congrats. I wish I had a general idea how long my app would take. So much to do and prepare. Again hope all is smooth for you.

Yes, but they will have already seen other steps of movement and submitted medicals, biometrics, etc.

Unfortunately there seems to be very wide and broad range of how quickly files from March are moving. AOR as you got in December for example. Hopefully they are catching up and will do next steps quickly - but also depends on office, region, country of applicant, etc.

Yes. Its odd how some go so fast and others are set back. Im currently waiting for sponsor approval, been waiting for three weeks. Whats your situation . Also my spouse is in China.
