Hello I have 3 bank accounts lets say A,B and C.

A bank is salary account.

B and C bank is savings account.

I plan to take gift deed from relative in bank B. Will that be a problem?

Also I have personal loan active in bank A of 1400 CAD. So if I choose to go ahead with bank B then should I still mention about Bank A and the loan?

I am not taking the gift deed money in Bank A because the bank is not that co-operative regarding documentation or other things.

Do not make things complicated, stick to one bank account which has required funds. Technically you should disclose any active loans etc but IRCC is not very strict about it as long as you have required funds when you move to Canada.

I will suggest that you mention two account, account A which is your salary account for documentation purposes. And any other that has more fund, the reason for this is that. Your salary account shows your income and that you are activity working, the other is to show prove of fund.
