Perhaps just easiest to apply again. I'd check carefully your spam boxes on email though and also that the contact information is correct (both in your file and your gcms notes application).
The oddest thing here is that no response at all, usually there is an automated acknoweldgement in a short period of time, which makes me think there was an email address error.
did u get the confirmation email when you paid for the notes?
which means your email is fine.
weird because from what I see they email a notice of extension around 26th day mark if they need more time.
Whether or not your received the confirmation, I'd still order the GCMS notes again (I'd understood you hadn't received confirmation since you wrote you had received 'no response').
Nonetheless a new request only costs $5 and by the time you track down your previous request - if that's successful at all - you'll likely receive the response under new submission.

Biometric : March 4, 2020.
Medical Passed: March 19, 2020.
Medical for Daughter: October 2, 2020.
Medical Passed: Nov 22, 2020.
Received an email from CPC Sydney that the application has been moved to CPC Ottawa.
Had changed my address and was laid off during covid.
Now moved to Barrie from Mississauga and the employer is also changed.
Not sure at this point shall I inform about these changes or not, please advise.

Update,: received my passport with visa and copr. Ready for pre departure orientation seminar(pdos) philippines to be needed by immigration officer at the airport
