1. Raise a webform and inform CIC about this date issue.
2.Most likely, you will receive an authorization letter to travel.
Just checked and found out a ghost update. After going to profile there is new CoPR valid till Dec 2021 in GC Key..
Background and Review of eligibility dates are changed to 22 Dec 2020.

I did remeds on 5th December 2020 after getting regret email for remeds. Raised webform on 7th December 2020 with medical infosheet. Surprisingly got the update on CIC account with new CoPR when I am still waiting for response of my raised webform.
In between i also sent webform to NDVO with remeds sheet and one follow up email to RR team (who sent me the regret email for medicals).
I have filled the webform to ircc...to submit my remeds info sheets.I didn't get any regret mail.Just the notification mail and imm forms in acc.My VO is Sydney.Shall I fill webform to ndvo and that other email.id from which u all are getting regrets email?I filled webform on 19th Dec.Did you see medical pass or submitted status in ur application after giving remeds?In how many days?.Or just this update directly?

“ Do you have a plan to quarantine for 14 days in Canada? Important: The Government of Canada cannot not make arrangements for, or pay for, quarantine arrangements”
Do I need to book a place and send it with my tentative dates of travel or should I just inform them about the place and book when AL is provided?
1. Did people got AL just after showing the details of the place and booking it later on?
2. Did people got AL by actually booking the place and sending the booking confirmation receipt?
What are the experiences of the people here?
As I already have a leased apartment on my name but it is a small 1 bed room with no separate bathroom or kitchen. Can I use it as quarantine place?
What do you guys suggest?

I see the new CoPR updated directly and old one updated to invalid. It is updated in around 2 weeks from the date of my remeds. Not sure if my raised webforms with remeds are looked at yet as I have not received acknowledgment of them as of today.
Medicals passed date is still showing the old date but it does not matter now as there is new CoPR issued.
If your VO is not New Delhi then there is no point of raising the webform to them. Also I recently attended Planning for Canada sessions which were advised by NDVO.
