Medical not updated july applicants

It will be updated in due course of time, saw many getting their medicals updated here in December after 5 to 7 months .
is medical update needed to get a positive outcome in sds
or can they send ppr without med update too ?
For two stage its possible for the medical to be updated in Stage 1 as well, however you will pass the second stage only when the biometric is updated.
However for normal processing ( without two stage ). It's a sign of refusal.
BVL without AIP/Medical update is mostly a refusal.

that is scary. but people get refused after medical updated as --- >> pass. how is that?
Refusals follow fast, eligibility comes before medical that's why some visa officers may pass medical first before refusal as the eligibility might be as review required/recommend interview. If it directly goes to "fail" then BVL will be sent without medical update.
(pre pandemic processing standard not two stage.)

Medicals Updated in GC Key : Dec 20 after giving my Biometrics.
Till now no update.
