I said I maxed out my 3 years PGWP does not mean that I have 3 years work permit.
Obviously there was a 6 months + space were i was looking for job under the required NOC
You meant that it doesnt mean you have 3 years experience. It makes sense now, kinda confusing when you said "maxed out"

I see...yet during program specific, scores went down dramatically. What’s your take on that? Also, from my perspective, the rewards for CEC candidates (fresh grads PGWP, early stage in career, etc) don’t enable them to make it to the cut. These people including me have been here for such a long time that I forgot what it’s like back home. Having to go back after such a tremendous amount of time is gonna be something...
But hey, I agree with your points about high scoring vs low scoring candidates and it’s up to the government’s scheme :)
That makes sense to me. If you have a draw system and you exclude a huge percentage of applicants from being able to get an invitation, scores could come down. Also, we can make our own deductions about why FSWs may score higher in general. Maybe more of them have Master's degrees, or max IELTS scores, or more years of work experience. Perhaps many CECs are fresh out of university. I have no idea what the answer is.

What I can say is that if the Government of Canada wants to retain more of any particular group of candidates, it can easily just give more points to a particular program. Today, it could give CECs a boost. Or FSWs, or FSTs. But it chooses not to. So, maybe they're happy with who gets in and who doesn't during the general draws for now. Again, I don't know what their goals are, other than what they say in the articles that come out about the targets.

I do obviously feel bad for those who have become so used to Canada that it's hard to go anywhere else now. I just don't think this should be about saying the EE system is unfair, or saying other candidates in other streams have it better. It should be about each one of us improving our own scores to the best of our abilities so we can get in. That's what I did. That's what that friend of mine who has 440 is doing right now. :)

Good day. Pls is it okay to do medicals during monthly menstruation period ? Thanks .
Not that I know of, unless criteria differs for different place. Here in India, it's not allowed since the results might be wrong and also urine test is needed.
