Heyy..
My moms case is process in Mexico too even though she is in Canada. Biometrics we’re done in Feb since then no movement. Mexico is a very very slow office but there has been movement in this last couple of months. Check the tracker for Mexico cases only.

Thanks! I assume your mom wasn't in Canada in February?!
Is there a way to filter the tracker, or do you just organize visa office A-Z?

GC Key / CIC account got updated yesterday Dec 15, 2020 saying PR application got approved on Dec 14, 2020.

I just noticed IRCC refunded my biometrics fee. ECAS is still stuck since Sep 2019 in App received (PR application)/Decision made (Sponsorship app) with CPC-Mexico even though my mom is in Canada.
Anybody else in a similar situation? Anybody with a file in Mexico had any movement in the last few months?

How did they refund you? What's your application submission date?

Yes, I did but I got Passport Request letter only for my father who is primary applicant on the application. No PPR for mom. Is it same with you?

I got Passport Request letter only for my father who is primary applicant on the application. No PPR for mom. Anyone else in same boat?
Do we get separate Passport Request Letters for all applicants on family case ? Or just one addressed to Primary Applicant?

I haven't received the passport request yet, but Only primary applicant gets the PPR not both, so yours in on right track. send both the passports in separate envelope to VFS via blue dart.

My mother's medical exam will expire tomorrow. But my dad's medical exam is valid until April 2021. Will both of them be required for a 2nd medical exam? Any idea?

My parents will expire in February too. Wonder what the standard is.

Guys - do you get email notifications with a Decision Made status (for the applicant)? I didn't get any notifications when my (the sponsor) ECAS status changed to Decision Made, so I was wondering if it is the same thing for the applicant.
