Looks good. This defies what I earlier thought with regards to AIPs sent on the 3rd of Sep with that same address below the name. I love to be corrected like this.

Great! I ordered GCMS few days before receiving AIP, and it was mentioned Primary office Edmonton and secondary Ottawa... This all makes sense...

I called IRCC and confirmed few days back.. they said as well now my primary office is Ottawa and sec as Delhi...

So they are following this:
Steps
1. Edmonton--> AIP via BELA (3rd Sep)
2. Ottawa(Currently location of your file)--> Eligibility & Medical Update (Is your medical updated?)
3. Delhi --> PPR

If your medical is passed most probably now if you call IRCC they will tell you, your file is in Delhi now...

I have one doubt, I have a visitor visa, will I also get a BVL? Medical updated in gckey on 14 December. Applied on 20 July, AIP on 3rd September.
