AIP - 3 sep (via Email) with address like this (PA_streetAddr)

I read many thread here regarding 3 sep AIP so in order to clear my confusion i ordered GCMS notes because i don't have access to my gc key account. I ordered gcms notes on 18 oct and received on 10 dec. I don't know how to attach docs here so I'm writing here what is written in gcms notes:-

Office - Cpc Edmonton
Text - Positive stage 1 preliminary eligibility assessment letter sent to client on 3 sept 2020 using BELA. As the correspondence was sent via the batch email and letter App ( BELA) there is no copy of the letter or email attached to the GCMS application.

I don't understand this. Are they saying the assessment was positive or they are acknowledging it was sent by mistake!!

Can you share the entire GCMS notes alongwith your profile(like previous qualification and program and college applied to) and timeline? Check the format in my signature for timeline.

What is mentioned under Assessments in your GCMS notes. Usually in the 2nd page?

Eligibility : Recommend passed

If you didn't get a retraction email from IRCC then your AIP was genuine. Your GCMS also records that.

This is great! What is your primary office and secondary office shows on First page? and is your medical updated?

Eligibility : Recommend passed

Usually this means your application is passed to another VO (Maybe a senior) to approve. You can read in the notes section why VO has referred to another VO to check. God grace hope your application will be speed up soon.

Primary office - CPC Ottawa
Secondary office - New delhi

Then on 30th page of gcms notes it is written that :-
File transfer
Created date - 2020/10/13
Tranfer from cpc ottawa to cpc edmonton
Tranfer type - Batch Apps
Transfer reason - Workload (re)- distribution

I called IRCC and confirmed few days back.. they said as well now my primary office is Ottawa and sec as Delhi...

So they are following this:
Steps
1. Edmonton--> AIP via BELA (3rd Sep)
2. Ottawa(Currently location of your file)--> Eligibility & Medical Update (Is your medical updated?)
3. Delhi --> PPR

If your medical is passed most probably now if you call IRCC they will tell you, your file is in Delhi now...

My medical is not updated yet , I'll ask about it to my agent tomorrow bcoz i don't have login access to my gc key account.

I got it too and its no error
