I am currently under PGWP upon completion of my masters in mechanical engineering. My wifes open work permit expires next year august. I work as a food service supervisor and I couldn't not find a job in my field yet. I understand it is a noc b job and based on that I can renew my wifes work permit. I already have more than three pay slips.

Since it is not related to mechanical engineering, do I still qualify to renew her work permit?

Thank you for your reply. So the noc job has specific employment requirements such as education and experience. I know it is not related to CEC.

In the extension of spouse work permit, is it not related too?
